Dario Di Vietri - Τενόρος

He was born in Bari and graduated at the Milan Conservatory under the guidance of Vittorio Terranova . From 2009 to 2011 he was a student of the School of Italian Opera at Teatro Comunale of Bologna. Afterwards he improved with Jaume Aragall, Luciano Pavarotti and Bruna Baglioni. In 2009- 2010 he made his debut as Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly in the Theaters of the Circuito Lirico Lombardo. He sang the following principle roles: Erri Settebellezze in Napoli Milionaria of N. Rota in the Theatres of Lucca, Pisa and Livorno (2013), Calaf ( may 2013), Macduff in Macbeth of G. Verdi at Teatro Coccia of Novara ( october 2013), Don José in Carmen of G. Bizet in the Theatres of Livorno, Lucca, Pisa and Fano season 2013 -2014, Samson in Samson et Dalila of C. Saint-Saens at Seoul Arts Center of Seoul - South Korea, (May 2014) in coproduction with Prague Statni Opera. In June 2014 he started his collaboration with Fondazione Arena di Verona where he is involved in summer 2015 - 2016, he started with Calaf in Turandot in Arena di Verona 2014 conducted by Daniel Oren directed by Franco Zeffirelli. December 2014 he debuted Cavaradossi in Tosca at Kazan Opera- Tartastan conducted by Marco Boemi. In January 2015 he was again Samson in Samson et Dalila at Opera of Oviedo - Spain. In February 2015 he debuted Radames in Aida at Kazan Festival conducted by Marco Boemi. In March 2015 he is Turiddu in Cavalleria Rusticana at Teatro Filarmonico of Verona and Calaf in Turandot at Teatro San Carlo of Naples conducted by Juraj Valcuha, directed by Roberto De Simone. In April/ May 2015 he is Radames in Aida at Opera di Roma conducted by Jader Bignamini and directed by Micha Van Hoecke. In May 2015 he performes the protagonist role of El Greco, written by George Hatzinassios directed by Vassilis Anastassiu at Municipal Theatre of Piraeus Greece as First World Première. June - September 2015 he is Radames in Aida and Cavaradossi in Tosca in Arena di Verona. September 2015 he is engaged for a Concert at Maggio Musicale Fiorentino in memory of Mario Del Monaco. October 2015 he is Radames in Aida at Teatro Sociale of Rovigo conducted by Marco Boemi and directed by Franco Zeffirelli/ Stefano Trepidi coproducted in 2016 in the Theatres of Pisa ( January 2016) and Livorno ( March 2016) and again Radames in Aida in the same Production of F. Zeffirelli at Ente De Carolis of Sassari ( November 2015) conducted by Sergio Alapont. In January 2016 he is First cast of Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly at National Opera of Athens. April 2016 he is Turiddu in Cavalleria Rusticana at Teatro Verdi of Salerno, in May 2016 he is First cast of Cavaradossi in Tosca at Teatro Petruzzelli of Bari conducted by Giampaolo Bisanti. In summer 2016 he is Don Josè in Carmen in Fondazione Arena di Verona. In Fall 2016 he recorded Tosca with Teatro San Carlo of Naples and Rai 1 (Italian Television), participated to Fuoco di Gioia Gala Concert inside Festival Verdi of Teatro Regio di Parma conducted by Michelangelo Mazza, to a Gala at Teatro Sociale di Como and to the international Music Festival of Alger. He opened the New Year 2017 with a Puccini Gala at Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra broadcasted on Greek Television. In February 2017 he participated to a Mascagni Gala in Belgrade organized by Italian Institute of Culture, Teatro Goldoni of Livorno and Belgrade National Opera. In March 2017 he sings a 3 Tenors Gala for Festival Palaces of St Petersburg and a Gala Concert in Budapest at Boscolo Rome Hall. In April/May 2017 he is Riccardo in Un Ballo in Maschera at Bucarest National Opera conducted by M. Mottadelli and directed by G. Asagaroff and Radames in Aida always at ONB, Radames at Belgrade National Theatre. In June 2017 he debuts the role of Renato Des Grieux in Manon Lescaut at Seoul Arts Center in collaboration with Teatro del Giglio of Lucca and Puccini Foundation Lucca Italy and sings a Gala in Ankara State Opera for Italian Embassy and in St. Petersburg for Festival Palaces. In summer 2017 he is Cavaradossi in Tosca for Haifa Symphony Orchestra conducted by Xu Zhong directed by Shirit Lee Weiss, Don Josè in Carmen at Pravets Festival Bulgaria and First cast of Cavaradossi at Puccini Festival of Torre Del Lago. In fall/winter 2017 he sang some concerts for Festival Palaces in Saint Petersburg and Tbilisi National Opera, Don Josè in Carmen at Tang Xianzu International Festival of Fuzhu - China, Riccardo in Un Ballo in Maschera and Radames in Aida at Bucharest National Opera, Manrico in Trovatore at Cairo Opera House.

The 2018 season includes the opening of the New Year with a Puccini Gala in Lucca at Teatro del Giglio conducted by Ethan Schmeisser, Radames in Aida at Dubai Opera for Warsaw Opera Narodowa conducted by Patrick Fournillier ( February 2018), Radames in an important Production at Gyza Pyramids - Egypt conducted by David Crescenzi, Requiem Verdi for Simfonica de Balears in Mallorca’s Cathedral in front of the Queen of Spain, Calaf in Turandot at Opera of Stara Zagora - Bulgaria reproduced in summer 2018 in Pravets Mozart Festival and in Stara Zagora in November 2018, Cavaradossi in Tosca at Belgrade National Opera, Don Josè in Carmen at Wielki Teatr directed by Andrzej Chryra and conducted by Keri-Lynn Wilson (June2018), Don Josè in Carmen at Lanzhou Theatre in China, Radames in Aida and Cavaradossi in Tosca at Iasi Romanian National Opera, Radames in Pleven Festival Bulgaria and in Cairo Opera house.

The 2019 season includes Don Josè in Carmen for Opera Carolina, Don Josè in Carmen at Wielki Teatr, Calaf in Turandot at National Kaohsiung Center for the Art of Taiwan in collaboration with the Deutsche Oper Am Rhein of Dusseldorf, Manrico in Trovatore at the National Opera of Tirana and at the National Opera of Belgrade, Turiddu in Cavalleria Rusticana at the Eptapyrgion Festival in Greece conducted by Z. Tsokanou and with the Orchestra of State of Thessaloniki, Don José in Carmen for Taormina Opera Stars, Radames in Cairo Opera House, Turiddu in Cavalleria Rusticana at Teatro Petruzzelli of Bari conducted by R. Palumbo, Don José in Carmen at Ulsan Arts Center and Seoul Arts Center.

In season 2020 he will debut Maurizio di Sassonia in Adriana Lecouvreur at Petruzzelli di Bari where he will also sing Radames conducted by R. Palumbo, he will be Calaf in Turandot at National Kaohsiung Center for the Art of Taiwan and Opera Grand Rapids (USA) and will be Renato Des Grieux at Teatro del Giglio di Lucca and other partners Theatres.
